Therapist

My Approach to Therapy

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring my techniques to fit each client's unique needs. Primarily, my work is grounded in acceptance and commitment therapy, strengths-based approaches, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and play therapy. I enjoy teaching mindfulness techniques to relax the body and mind, bring awareness to the present moment rather than focusing on the "what ifs," and help alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety.

Beyond the techniques, my highest priority is to build a strong rapport with each of my clients. I place a strong emphasis on therapy being a collaborative space where my clients and I can work as a team to maximize their full potential. No matter what you're going through, my intention is to walk alongside you and help you feel validated, supported, understood, and empowered on your journey towards growth and inner peace.

I offer psychotherapy to clients of all ages with a wide range of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, relationship concerns, family conflict, anger, and life transitions. Additionally, I am experienced in working with individuals with autism and special needs.

I am dedicated to providing a safe, warm and welcoming space for you as we start this journey together! Reaching out for help can be challenging, and I celebrate your vulnerability in taking this step.
