My Approach to Therapy

Begin your journey towards personal growth and happiness with me, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a strong educational background. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, equipping me with the skills and knowledge to help individuals transform their lives and achieve emotional well-being. I am dedicated to guiding you in making lasting changes that lead to healthier habits, stronger relationships, and overcoming challenges that hold you back.

Creating a warm, nonjudgmental space is my priority, where you can reconnect with your true self, heal, and strengthen your relationships. As a compassionate and attentive listener, I am committed to helping you achieve optimal contentment and peace of mind throughout our time together.

I tailor my approach to therapy to the unique needs of each client, with an eclectic mix of techniques. While I start with person-centered sessions for the first few meetings, most of my work focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. Recognizing the importance of cultural differences, I ensure that every individual receives personalized treatment. My customized approach allows clients to feel supported, welcomed, encouraged, and genuinely heard. With extensive experience, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and families, who have faced a variety of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, self-harm, relationship troubles, adjusting to life stressors, divorce, and grief.

Join me in this journey towards embracing your inner strength and resilience, while creating a happier, more fulfilling future. Together, let's build the life you deserve!
