Mikayla Marsjanik, MS, LGPC

I am a therapist dedicated to supporting children, teens, and adults in navigating life’s challenges with warmth, collaboration, and a person-centered approach. I work with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral difficulties, and life transitions, as well as adults managing relationship challenges, parenting, and personal growth.

In therapy, I create a supportive and engaging space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while identifying their strengths and goals. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, and art therapy, ensuring that treatment aligns with each person’s unique needs and values.

For children, I foster a creative and comfortable environment that encourages self-expression and development. For adults, I provide a space for reflection, empowerment, and new perspectives. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and move toward greater self-acceptance and well-being.

I believe that growth can happen at any stage, and I am committed to meeting my clients where they are. Together, we will work toward meaningful change, fostering confidence, self-discovery, and a brighter future.
