Ryan Lattanze, MS
I work with children (ages 6+), preteens, teens, adults, and couples who are seeking support with a range of concerns, including major depressive disorder, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and family dynamics. My approach centers on meeting you where you are and helping you move toward where you want to be, offering an empathetic, safe, and supportive space where we can explore your challenges together.
I often draw from psychodynamic therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and Person-Centered approaches to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. During our first few sessions, we’ll focus on creating a welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. I understand that many of my clients feel overwhelmed by life’s demands and are seeking clarity and balance. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that empowers you to build resilience, achieve your goals, and transform obstacles into opportunities for growth.
What sets me apart is my holistic, integrative approach, combining effective strategies with compassionate support to help you unlock your full potential. I am deeply committed to fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, believing that the relationship we build is essential to your success. My goal is to empower you with the tools to face life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose. Whether you’re navigating personal or professional hurdles, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
